The North Dakota Young Republicans organization (NDYR), is a chapter of the Young Republican National Federation.
NDYR is the young professional arm of the North Dakota Republican Party. As an important part of the the NDGOP team, the NDYR represents Republicans who are 18 to 40 years of age, and provides them with a better political understanding and a means by which they can become more involved in the Republican Party.

North Dakota Young Republicans mission is to advance conservative principles through informative, engaging events, involvement in the political process, and the opportunity for you to hone and improve your leadership skills and meet like-minded individuals at home and across the nation.

What We've Achieved in 2022:
Participated in the winter ND Grassroots Workshop.
Endorsed more YR-friendly candidates than ever before.
Participated in the 2022 NDGOP State Convention.
Helped many of our Young Republican members to primary wins.
Adopted a Resolution affirming our support for the NDGOP view on traditional marriage, as defined as consisting of “one man and one woman.”
Hosted Regional Events for members and guests.
Withstood coordinated media attacks.
Campaigned for republicans throughout the state with love 70,000 voter contacts.
Chartered the BisMan Club.
Hosted the 2022 Day of Action for our YR Bismarck Candidates.
Saw a total of 9 NDYR legislators a part of the ND Legislative body.
What We've Achieved in 2021:
Helped bring Charlie Kirk of Turning point USA to Bismarck and Fargo.
Sent our chair to the NDGOP Roundup to represent the YR voice for the state.
Sent a full delegation to the Young Republicans National Federation biannual conference.
Supported the second annual “Rock Your Health” summit.
Hosted YR Fall events in the SW & NE Regions.
Hosted in Bismarck the We The People: Cause For Pause, Election Integrity Event.
Supported the “We The People” November 8th rally.
Saw our former chair appointed as the Young Republican National Federation Campaign Committee Chair.
What We've Achieved in 2020:
Supported Claire Cory in her run for District 42 House
YR Members making it to 46 of the 47 district conventions
Knocked over 15k doors for Michelle Fischbach in MN District 7, who then ousted a 30 year incumbent
Attended YRNF Fall Quarterly Meeting
Collected signature to get Mark Splonskowski on the ballot for Bismarck City Commission
Helped Cole Christensen campaign for District 24 House
Helped Grant Christensen campaign for District 12 House
Supported Doug Larson’s campaign for District 34 Senate
What We've Achieved in 2019
Helped start Highschool Republicans in July of 2019: ndhsr.org
Held over 30 events since 2018
Sent a full delegation at the YRNF Convention in Omaha, Nebraska
Added as a voting member of the NDGOP State Committee in 2019
Shared a post on Facebook that reached over 5 million people

What We've Achieved in 2018
We were represented in over 40 district conventions.
We were on the sponsoring Committee for Measure 2, known as North Dakotans for Citizen Voting, which passed by the largest margin of any initiated measure this cycle.
We held 28 official YR events this year ranging from meet and greets to door knocking blitzes to a couple of wildly successful Politics and a Pint.
We helped with rules committee for the convention and helped draft the state party platform.
We were there to spark the energy for the Cramer campaign from the moment he announced.
Engaged over 400 volunteers in 2018
60% volunteer led voter contacts (of the 815,000) *highest percentage in country
We showed up in force to at least 19 parades to support various statewides and local candidates. From the Uffda day parade in Rutland, to Minot’s State Fair parade to UND’s & NDSU’s homecoming parades.
YR’s were a part of the tens of thousands of voter contacts through Red Dialer and Advantage Mobile apps. We coordinated with numerous campaigns across the state. Stepping up when called upon.
We volunteered at the Trump Rally all 60+ young folks whether it was directing traffic, helping the RNC gather signatures for volunteers, acting as crowd control, handing out rally signs, directing the hoards of people, cheering at the top of our lungs when president Trump talked about Space Force!
